This non-vintage Rosé is made of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier, with the rich color coming from the traditional method of skin contact. Extended cellar aging of more than 4 years on it's lees has allowed the depth of flavor to emerge. Once you have tasted a TRUE ROSÉ, there is no turning back...

A big, assertive, dry Rosé, with ripe aromas, expansive flavors and firm acidity. Its character is complex and very long in the mouth...a great food wine...perfect with dinner!
